The role in production
1) Keep the mud in long-term storage or multiple use can still maintain stable performance, the slurry does not precipitate, not stratified, and maintain good fluidity, prevent the shrinkage and deformation cracking of green billet drying, reduce the damage rate of green billet, help to reduce the scrap rate, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs;
2) Stable slurry performance ensures that fuel consumption is greatly reduced in the spray powder process;
3) Stable slurry performance (including slurry fineness, specific gravity, flow rate, viscosity, suspension) not only directly affects the quality of powder, but also has an irreplaceable impact on semi-finished products, finished products, etc.
3.Ceramic water-reducing agent has a lubricating and grinding effect on mud particles. 4. in the ceramic manufacturing process, ceramic body water reducer can also play the following roles:
1) Improve the density and strength of the ceramic body, making it more robust and durable. The green density of ceramic tiles is generally controlled between 2.2-2.4g/cm³.
It is important to control the green density of ceramic tile to improve the product quality. If the green density is too low, it will lead to poor forming, making the product crack, deformation and other phenomena, which seriously affect the beauty and service life of the product. If the green density is too high, it will cause internal stress during the sintering process, making the product easy to crack.
2) Reduce the energy consumption in the ceramic manufacturing process and save production costs. Stable slurry performance, subjectively the most direct reflection is the reduction of energy consumption of spray powder in the pulverizing process, with nearly 15% improvement space, while the stability of the particle size can be formed due to the stability of the slurry performance, while bringing the stability of pressing molding, then the body in the production process of drying, oxidation, high temperature firing, all play different degrees of energy saving and consumption reduction. 3) Improve the surface quality and gloss of ceramic products to make them more beautiful. Under the same firing conditions, the ceramic products produced by stable slurry performance have uniform surface color, fine and complete pattern, clear tile color and chroma, and good finished flatness, uniform density, high folding strength and good toughness.
4) Improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramics and extend their service life. Under the same firing conditions, the product with stable firing performance of the slurry has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance because of its firing area, uniform heat transfer, sintering degree and porcelain degree in all parts of the brick surface.
